How should I wash my shapewear?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. (More locations coming soon!)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard U.S. shipping takes 4-8 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track it.
What should I do if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
🚨 To be eligible for a replacement in case of loss, theft, or damage, you must have purchased "Navidium Shipping Protection" at checkout. If you did not purchase shipping protection, Fitscoulpt Motion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What if I didn’t purchase Navidium Shipping Protection?
If you didn’t purchase shipping protection, you must file a claim directly with USPS or your selected carrier. Fitscoulpt Motion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages without shipping protection.
To file a claim:
